Welcome to Pallara news, views and info This site aims to share information from people who live locally that might be of interest to other Pallara residents. Clean Up Australia Day – 2007 date claimerSunday 4th March, 8am The Pallara playground will again be the meeting place for the Pallara Clean Up Australia Day event, from 8am to 10am. FREE refreshments including a barbeque will be provided for all volunteers. Pallara has a history of very successful clean up days. We attract between 25 and 35 residents which has enabled us to clean about 14 kilometres of roadway, the local Pallara park and bushland sites and collect several tonnes of rubbish. This is a great community and family activity - if you haven’t come along before why not consider this event for the New Year? Just turn up. Pallara monthly morning tea 2007 Saturdays - 20th January & 17th February, 10 amThe morning tea group meets on the 3rd Saturday of every month at the school. Bring your own cup, a friend or neighbour and a very small plate of morning tea to share for an hour or so. Transport: If you need a lift, there are many willing drivers.
