The location
The Paradise Wetlands area is the pocket between the Pallara parklands through to Learoyd Road and bordered by Paradise, Brookbent and Gooderham Roads (see map). Paradise Wetlands is the pilot Neighbourhood Plan for the Lower Oxley Creek. The Paradise Wetlands Neighbourhood Planning process has been funded by the Australian Green Development Forum (AGDF) on behalf of three key landowners (developers) in the Paradise Wetlands study area (Stocklands, Uniland and Camden Road Investments). The management of the project is the responsibility of the Manager, Brisbane City Council City Planning Branch (Michael Papageorgiou - 3403 4220).
